The projects are located in various areas including Chaeng Watthana, Tao Poon, Setthabut, Ratchaphruek, Westgate, Phuket, Chonburi, and Korat, with prices starting at 1.39 million baht, appealing to both homebuyers and investors. The company has achieved sales of 26.817 billion baht in the first 9 months, representing 67% of its target, and plans to launch an additional 10 projects worth approximately 15 billion baht in Q4/2024.

Therefore, the company is focusing on carefully selecting locations for new condominium and housing projects this year, as well as emphasizing the design of both the interior of the units and the common areas, along with meticulously planning the concept of each project to ensure that consumers from all generations can access quality projects that stand out in every aspect.

Key strengths that the company aims to incorporate into new projects this year include: 1. So Origin Bang Tao Beach, a luxury 8-story condominium project with 3 buildings under the mixed-use Origin Resort World Phuket, located on Bang Tao Beach, known for its stunning sunset views; 2. Origin Place Tao Poon Interchange, the first pet-friendly condominium project in the Tao Poon area, offering panoramic views of the Chao Phraya River, city, and Chatuchak Park; 3. Origin Place Chaeng Watthana, the first pet-friendly condominium project in the Chaeng Watthana area, featuring units with 4.2-meter high ceilings, the tallest in the area; 4. The Origin Setthabut, a pet-friendly condominium near the Pink Line MRT, equipped with Smart Kitchen and Smart Energy features such as EV chargers and solar roofs; 5. However, the company remains committed to maintaining flexibility in its operational plans to align with economic conditions, external factors, and the demands of each location, potentially adjusting the number of projects as appropriate.
At the same time, the company is also preparing campaigns to stimulate sales and transfer of ownership for ready-to-move-in projects, with details expected to be announced soon. Currently, the company has accumulated sales of 26.817 billion baht in the first 9 months, approximately 67% of the annual sales target.
