This year, Sansiri Public Company Limited reclaimed the Best Developer award, which is highly competitive, having previously won it in 2021 and 2013, along with the most awards this year, totaling 11. Additionally, the awards ceremony highlighted sustainability, with King Square Development Co., Ltd. winning the Sustainable Design Award, awarded for the first time. The King Square project won Best Green Development and Best Mixed Use Community Development, while the Gardens of Eden project by Amal Group of Companies won Best Nature Integrated Development and Best Condo Architectural Design (Phuket).

Moreover, highlights in the wellness category included the Pine Wellness Residence Prachachuen project by Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited, which won Best Wellness Housing Development (Bangkok), the Romy Convent project by Prow Real Estate Public Company Limited, which won Best Wellness Residence Development (Bangkok), and the Natural Phuket Luxury Pool Villa project by AAG Development Co., Ltd., which won Best Health Inspired Development.

In the highly competitive luxury category, this year’s winners included the Sank Royal project in Bangkok Krungthep by Asset Five Group Public Company Limited, the Jetiyah Heritage Collection project by Jetiyah Property Co., Ltd., the Kiara Reserve project by Minor International Public Company Limited and Kajima Corporation, the One Residence Lakeside project by Redwood Luxury, the Natural Phuket Luxury Pool Villa project by AAG Development Co., Ltd., the Sudara project by Princess Villa Co., Ltd. and Lan Khai Fong Group Co., Ltd., the The Richest Valley project by Sukphaisarn Mahakhan Co., Ltd., the The Title Heritage Bang Tao, The Title Legendary Bang Tao, and The Title Serenity in Yang projects by Rompho Property Public Company Limited, the Villa Solana project by Villa Solana Co., Ltd., and the Sensiri Midtown Villa project by ESS Development Co., Ltd.

Regional winners included Rompho Property Public Company Limited, which won Best Condo Developer (Phuket), while Villa Cart Group Co., Ltd. won Best Breakthrough Developer (Phuket).
