The PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards, the most prestigious and longest-running real estate awards in Thailand, has announced the introduction of the People’s Choice Awards for the first time in the country. This award allows consumers who purchase real estate in Thailand to vote for their favorite property developers, and it is part of the highly anticipated 19th edition of the awards.

The People’s Choice Awards will be presented to outstanding real estate companies selected by consumers, with verification from an independent panel of experts from various sectors of the real estate industry. Thai citizens are invited to vote for their favorite real estate developers from July 26 to August 9. The public can cast their votes at peopleschoiceawards.asia/thailand/.

Voting for the People’s Choice Awards will commence at midnight on July 26, 2024, and will close on August 9, 2024, at 11:59 PM. Interested individuals can vote for nominated property developers, who have been selected based on project quality, brand reputation, and consumer satisfaction.

Nominees for the People’s Choice Awards will be invited to attend the gala dinner and award ceremony for the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2024 on September 20, 2024, at The Athenee Hotel, Bangkok, a Luxury Collection Hotel.

Key Dates for the 2024 Awards Judging:

July 26 – August 9, 2024 – Public voting for the People’s Choice Awards opens.

August 27, 2024 – Final award judging.

September 20, 2024 – Gala dinner and award ceremony held in Bangkok.
