This year, the prestigious LivingInsider Thailand Developer Awards 2026 will be divided into two categories:

Category 1: Awards from the Judging Panel

These awards will be judged by a panel of 10 esteemed experts from various fields within the real estate industry, including project development, design, investment, property management, and marketing.
