Mr. Rawi Angthong, Senior Director of the Sustainability Integration Department at Kasikorn Bank, revealed that the bank, in collaboration with the Pao Pan Panya Foundation, is organizing the AFTERKLASS Business KAMP Year 5, known as the Young BIZ Accelerator Camp. This program provides an opportunity for youth nationwide to cultivate their ideas and create business plans, producing them in the form of an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) to test their viability with real users. The highlight of the AFTERKLASS Business KAMP Year 5 is that the final 6 teams that advance to the Acceleration Camp will receive scholarship support to learn how to develop business plans, launch products to the market, and understand business management principles to generate real sales and profits, enabling them to grow exponentially. The focus will be on creating actual sales to ensure that their business ideas can thrive in today's world. All participants will gain knowledge, skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to confidently navigate the business world.

Participants must be members of the AFTERKLASS website and currently studying in grades 9-12 or in their first year of university or equivalent, and must be no older than 21 years old on the application deadline. Additionally, those who have previously participated in other AFTERKLASS Business KAMP sessions can also apply. Each team must consist of members with expertise in three key roles: 1) Business Role: the main person responsible for designing the business and sales plans to generate income and profits; 2) Design Role: the main person responsible for designing products that meet market needs in terms of features, aesthetics, and customer experience; and 3) Product Development Role: the main person responsible for developing, creating, and producing the product, including operations, delivery, and quality control.
Mr. Rawi concluded by stating that throughout the program, participants will gain experience from senior executives at Kasikorn Bank and numerous knowledgeable and skilled instructors who will inspire creative business ideas. They will learn about the incubation process and acceleration to enhance business value, enabling them to develop new knowledge and skills through hands-on experience, preparing them for a sustainable future.
