Sena Group, represented by Sena Development Public Company Limited and Senex Public Company Limited, has been awarded the Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) certification from the Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization). Organizations that receive this certification must prioritize serious carbon footprint management alongside sustainable organizational development. The Sena Group is committed to the SENA Low Carbon concept, which is integrated into its overall business operations that are responsible to society, communities, and the environment. Importantly, it aims to develop housing in line with sustainability principles to provide a better quality of life for all residents. The certificate was presented by Mr. Pongpan Suttharun, Chairman of the Greenhouse Gas Management Organization, to Ms. Suphin Meechuchip, CEO of Senex Public Company Limited, and Mr. Jaturong Satchanaranpan, Managing Director of Sena Reforestation Co., Ltd. at the Greenhouse Gas Management Organization headquarters in Chaeng Watthana Government Complex.

The Sena Group has always considered its responsibility to society and the environment and is the first real estate company to install solar panels in every house across all its projects, including single-family homes, townhomes, commercial buildings, and common areas in condominiums. This year, the Sena Group aims to reduce carbon emissions by no less than 19,800 tons of carbon, equivalent to planting over 1,984,800 trees, through various products and services such as houses, townhomes, commercial buildings, solar business, EV readiness, EV cars, waste management, reforestation, and various energy-saving measures within the organization. This aligns with Sena's sustainable development approach, which aims to deliver quality housing alongside sustainable quality of life.
