Sen X Public Company Limited, a comprehensive property management service provider underSena Development Group, is advancing its mission for environmental sustainability, emphasizing the importance of balancing business operations with environmental and social care. Recently, it has collaborated to promote effective waste management and return value to society by partnering with two allies, 'Recycle Day' and 'Pankun', to support waste collection points and quality item donation points across 75 projects, including condominiums and villages.

The collaboration with Recycle Day builds upon the waste management plans of all projects, supporting the optimal use of resources and efficient waste management through waste sorting, returning value to plastic waste. Sen X will collect and forward this waste to Recycle Day for recycling processes. Meanwhile, the partnership with Pankun focuses on providing opportunities through the donation of quality items that residents no longer use, which will be sold to generate funds to support education for underprivileged children, fostering positive community engagement among residents. Key figures involved include Mr. Sirisak Silachamroon, Assistant CEO of Sen X Property Management, Mr. Chanam Chuanich, CEO and Founder of Recycle Day, and Ms. Suwichaya Pramuanrat, Business Development and Engagement Manager at Pankun, under the Yuwapat Foundation, who are all driving this initiative and promoting environmental care, shifting mindsets from disposability to sustainable change.

The waste collection points for sorted waste and quality item donation points will be located at the company's headquarters and central legal entities in the 75 projects managed by Sen X, including village and condominium projects, with an estimated 15,000 households expected to participate in this initiative, starting from today until December 5, 2024.
