As the largest housing exhibition in Thailand, the 46th Housing and Condo Expo is living up to its reputation, with over 80% of booths already sold out in a space exceeding 6,000 square meters. This has brought a big smile to Mr. Thirachon Thanetdesh Sunthorn, Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the 46th Housing and Condo Expo, who revealed that as soon as the booth reservations opened, real estate developers—both large and small—as well as various financial institutions showed great interest and rushed to book booths. Leading brands such as Sansiri Public Company Limited, Origin Property Public Company Limited, AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Lalin Property Public Company Limited, and Ananda Development Public Company Limited, along with prominent financial institutions like Bangkok Bank and Krung Thai Bank, have all participated. Currently, only 90 booths remain for the upcoming 46th Housing and Condo Expo, and there is confidence that all booths will be sold out before this year's booth lottery ceremony begins.
