Saha Pathana has partnered with Tokyu Corporation to establish Saha Tokyu Property Management, venturing into property management in Thailand, starting with the Kings Square Community and King Bridge Tower projects, with plans to expand to other projects in the future. The goal is to become a leading property management company known for excellence in Thailand.

Ms. Sutida Chongjenkit, Managing Director of Saha Pathana Inter-Holding Public Company Limited, stated that Saha Tokyu Property Management Co., Ltd. was founded through a joint venture between Saha Pathana and Tokyu Development (Thailand), a leader in property management from Japan, with a shareholding ratio of 51% to 49% and a registered capital of 20 million baht. The company will manage property operations in Thailand, including building maintenance, space management, leasing, and marketing to enhance the value of real estate projects and increase customer satisfaction. The company envisions becoming a leader in property management excellence in Thailand and is committed to providing the highest quality services and efficient asset management.

Mr. Hirohisa Fujiwara, Director & Senior Managing Executive Officer of Tokyu Corporation, stated that Thailand has significant potential for growth in the real estate sector, with ongoing project developments and a demand for quality property management services. Saha Pathana is a developer of several real estate projects in Thailand and seeks a partner with expertise in property management to oversee and enhance project efficiency. Previously, Saha Pathana and Tokyu Corporation collaborated on a housing project for Japanese residents in Si Racha, Chonburi, leveraging their accumulated experience to establish Saha Tokyu Property Management Co., Ltd.. The company will initially manage properties at the Kings Square Community and King Bridge Tower before expanding to other projects in the future.

“With over 60 years of experience in property management through affiliated companies that manage various types of buildings in Shibuya and along the Tokyu train line, such as Shibuya Hikarie, Shibuya Stream, and Cerulean Tower, we will apply our expertise to manage real estate projects in Thailand. This will include management and outsourcing services such as maintenance of walkways and roads, landscaping, cleaning, advertising, and signage. Additionally, we will manage shuttle bus services, community communication, and plan joint activities in the area,” Mr. Hirohisa added.
