The Forestias Bangna-Trad, developed by MQDC (Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited) and Super Siam Realty, has signed a memorandum of agreement for the big lot sale of the residential condominium Whizdom The Forestias Mytopia, totaling 3 billion baht.

Whizdom The Forestias Mytopia is one of three residential buildings under the Whizdom brand within The Forestias project. In this collaboration, Super Siam chose Mytopia because they recognized it as a premium-quality residence designed by world-class standards, making it a project that can meet the high demand for housing in international markets. Super Siam is therefore confident in marketing it abroad to cater to foreign customers.

This sale means that currently, two out of the three buildings in the Whizdom The Forestias project, namely Mytopia and Destinia, have been completely sold, leaving only the Petopia building, designed under the concept of living with pets as family members, which still has available units for interested residents.
