Sansiri Leads the Market, Reveals Sales and Transfer Figures for the First Half of 2024, Achieving Targets with Sales of 25 Billion Baht and Transfers of 20 Billion Baht, Reinforcing Sustainable Growth with 8% QoQ Sales Growth

Mr. Vicharn Wiriya Phusit, Chief Financial Officer of Sansiri Public Company Limited, stated that 2024 is another challenging year. Sansiri aims to challenge its own records each quarter to maintain sustainable growth, resulting in satisfactory performance in the first half of the year. In the first six months, Sansiri achieved total sales of 25 billion baht, an 8% increase from the first quarter, accounting for 48% of the annual sales target of 52 billion baht. Furthermore, Sansiri's transfers surged to 20 billion baht, a 6% increase from the first quarter, representing 47% of the transfer target of 43 billion baht.

Additionally, new projects have performed well, achieving sales success across all projects and selling out 20 projects worth a total of 15 billion baht, receiving positive feedback in every segment. The condominium brand "Condo Me" sold out 6 projects, while horizontal developments received positive responses across all products, including the townhome project "Siri Place Bangna - Theparak," single houses from the "Anasiri" brand, and luxury projects that sold out the Bukan Rama 9 – Meng Jai on the first day of booking. The new brand “ELSE” targets a new customer group with exclusive residences featuring fewer units and high privacy, receiving excellent feedback, leading to the sale of two projects quickly, including “ELSE Chaiyaphruek – Chaengwattana,” which sold out before its official launch, and the latest “ELSE Bangkok Kritha.”
For the business plan in Q3, Sansiri will launch approximately 13 new projects valued at nearly 16 billion baht, with a highlight on launching 8 new condominium projects worth nearly 10 billion baht. These projects will be located in prime areas in the CBD along Sukhumvit, as well as strategic locations in major cities and tourist destinations, including Phuket and Chiang Mai, and the EEC market in the eastern region, such as Pattaya and Bang Saen. Additionally, Sansiri will continue to launch affordable condos and emphasize effective portfolio management to support growth, ensuring efficient investment to maintain continuous performance in line with economic conditions, reinforcing its 40-year legacy as the number one real estate brand through outstanding design and maintaining product and service quality standards.
In 2024, Sansiri plans to launch a total of 46 projects valued at 61 billion baht, comprising 26 horizontal projects worth 35 billion baht and 20 vertical projects worth 26 billion baht, focusing on expanding investments in tourist cities and high-demand potential locations. The launch of all new projects in 2024 will support the company's continuous growth, with a sales target of 52 billion baht and transfers of 43 billion baht.
