B.Grimm has signed a collaboration agreement with Property Perfect Public Company Limited, a leading real estate developer in Thailand, to join forces in creating modern real estate projects with smart energy management solutions and promoting a healthy living environment. They will also collaborate on planning social development activities to advance sustainability for the environment, residents, and the community.

Mr. Kitti Patanaleenakul, President of B.Grimm Industries, expressed that B.Grimm is very pleased to partner with Property Perfect Public Company Limited to elevate new real estate projects in the western Bangkok area. B.Grimm will work with Property Perfect to design and present products and solutions for efficient energy use while maintaining cost-effectiveness and high efficiency. This partnership will also include maintenance services for residents in each project, reflecting a long-term collaboration that spans from inception to completion, aimed at improving community well-being alongside sustainable environmental practices.

B.Grimm will provide consulting, planning, sourcing, and presenting comprehensive products and services, including solar rooftop systems, energy management systems, energy-saving facade systems for buildings, door and window systems, air conditioning systems, air quality management and pathogen control, residential security systems, electric vehicle charging management systems, and electrical systems for residential and commercial buildings to enhance the potential of real estate projects while ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational cost reduction.
