Rabbit Holdings, part of the BTS Group Holdings, has partnered with Ananda to host an exclusive dinner featuring world-class chefs at the French Embassy, unveiling ‘The Residences 38’, a world-class project, and La Clef Bangkok by The Crest Collection, a luxury service residence located near Thonglor BTS.

Rabbit Holdings Public Company Limited (“Rabbit Holdings”) within the BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited (“BTS Group”) has launched a world-class project concept managed by Ananda Development Public Company Limited (“Ananda Development”), a leader in urban residential development. This project includes ultra-luxury residences, The Residences 38, and a luxury service residence, La Clef Bangkok by The Crest Collection, managed by The Ascott Limited (Ascott). Ananda Development has been appointed to manage the project from construction to sales and marketing planning. Rabbit Holdings and Ananda Development recognize the potential for this project in Thailand, planning to introduce the luxury brand The Crest Collection from Ascott, which comes with the concept ‘Behind every door lies a story’, blending it with the vibrant city context rich in cultural heritage like Bangkok, presenting premium residences designed by leading firms including ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, a renowned Italian architectural firm with numerous world-class projects such as Bulgari Lighthouse Dubai, and PIA Interior Company, a leading design firm in Thailand with over 20 years of experience in high-end project design in Southeast Asia, which will incorporate distinctive elements of Thai and French culture into both the exterior and interior design of the buildings.

La Clef Bangkok by The Crest Collection is the first luxury service residence under The Crest Collection brand to launch in Thailand.

At the launch event for the concept of The Residences 38 and La Clef Bangkok by The Crest Collection, several celebrities attended, including Cindy Sirinya, Byron Bishop, Paula Taylor, Um Apasiri Nitipon, Osa Wang, and John Wong, among others, to experience the true essence of the French Art de Vivre, held at the residence of the French Ambassador, with Mr. Jean-Gold Poirier, the Ambassador of the French Republic to Thailand, gracing the occasion.

The event featured exquisite international cuisine crafted by top chefs, led by Chef Wai Yin Man, owner of Chef Man Group of Restaurants, along with Chef Ton Thitiwat Thasanakorn, a Michelin-starred Thai chef and owner of the renowned fine dining restaurant “Le Du”, ranked as the best restaurant in Asia in the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023, and the traditional Thai restaurant Nusrala, ranked third in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023. Chef Arnaud Dunand, a Michelin-starred French chef and owner of Maison Dunand, an icon of French cuisine in Bangkok, and Chef Takashi Sasaki, who has over 17 years of experience in Japan and owns Kappo Takashi, provided an exclusive dining experience at the 11th floor Michelin-star restaurant, a special privilege for residents of The Residences 38.
