CMC Repays Bonds Worth 485.20 Million Baht
Chaophraya Mahachak Company Limited (Public) or CMC demonstrates its strong financial position by repaying bonds due on May 13, 2024, amounting to 485.20 million baht, reinforcing investor confidence and showcasing the company's effective management of funds and liquidity.
Dr. Vichian Pathayanan, Chief Executive Officer of Chaophraya Mahachak Company Limited (Public) CMC stated that CMC has paid interest and fully repaid the bonds due for redemption on May 13, 2024, totaling 485.20 million baht. This confirms that the company has sufficient cash flow for its operations and working capital, instilling confidence in all bondholders. In the past, the funds raised have been utilized for ongoing business operations to foster the company's growth.
In 2024, revenue is expected from four real estate projects: The Clev Riverline Chaophraya – Wongsawang, Cybiq Ratchada 32, and Cerocco-Bangna 36, with a total project value of 3.7 billion baht. Additionally, revenue will be recognized from a new project, Chateau Village Westgate - Baan Kluay, valued at 400 million baht. The company is also moving forward with the development of New Projects and New Business that will generate recurring income, expected to materialize in the second half of the year, ensuring sustainable growth in the future and reflecting effective financial planning and income sources.
