A5 has revealed its financial results for Q1/67, reporting revenue of 472 million baht and a net profit of 143 million baht, marking a 65% increase. This growth is attributed to revenue recognition from the Tonson One Residence and Sanctuary Royal Krungthep Kreetha projects. The company hinted at positive signals for Q2/67, accelerating special campaigns to stimulate purchasing decisions among real demand customers this year, aiming to boost sales.

Mr. Supachok Panjathat, Chief Executive Officer of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited (A5), stated that the company's Q1 2024 performance showed total revenue of 472 million baht, an increase of 133 million baht or 39% from the same period last year, which had total revenue of 339 million baht. The net profit reached 143 million baht, up 56 million baht or 65% from the previous year's net profit of 87 million baht.

The company's improved performance in both revenue and profit is due to the continuous transfer of ownership in the Sanctuary Royal Krungthep Kreetha project, which has achieved 91% sales, leaving only 4 units available. The backlog stands at 1.37 billion baht, with expectations to complete all ownership transfers by Q4 2024.

Additionally, the company has recognized profit shares from the Tonson One Residence project, which has achieved an 80% transfer of ownership. Currently, there is only 1 unit left for sale, with a backlog of 700 million baht, and the company is confident that all ownership transfers will be completed by Q3/2567.

Looking ahead to Q2/2567, the business outlook appears positive, supported by government measures to stimulate the real estate sector, which have revitalized the property market. The company is responding to this trend by launching campaigns to boost sales and encourage purchasing decisions among real demand customers looking for housing this year, including the last unit of the Tonson One Residence, a super-luxury condominium located in the Phloen Chit area, with a size of 56.57 square meters priced at only 23.8 million baht*. The company is also preparing to launch a new phase of the Vana Ratchaphruek – Westville project, featuring 100 square wah land plots in the best garden zone of the project, on June 8-9, 67, priced between 30-60 million baht*.

The company is also planning a major marketing event under the concept “A5 GREATNESS Inspired by Love: We believe that love can create great things.” This includes a charity run event, A5 RUN WITH LOVE, aimed at raising funds for the Children’s Hospital Foundation to assist infants with congenital heart disease. Participants are invited to join the charity run, with all proceeds going to the foundation. The event will feature three running distances: 3 km, 5 km, and 10 km, set in the beautiful evening atmosphere at Wachirabenchathat Park (Railway Park) on June 15, 2567, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
