They are preparing to continue with the launch of luxury horizontal projects, expected to debut as planned in 2568, ensuring ongoing growth.

Mr. Pasu Liptapallop, Executive Director of Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited or PROUD, disclosed that for Q1/2567, the company achieved revenue of 1,071 million baht, up from 904 million baht in the same period last year, marking an 18% growth, with a net profit of 77 million baht.

The increase in revenue is attributed to the transfer of ownership from the Nue Cross Khu Khot Station project, which the company acquired in July 2566. This low-rise condominium project, valued at 2,115 million baht, began transferring ownership in December 2566 and has continued steadily. Currently, it has achieved 100% pre-sales, with ownership transfers exceeding expectations by over 51% within a single quarter, amounting to a total value of 1,073 million baht. Additionally, the project's loan rejection rate stands at only 26%, which is low compared to the overall market rejection rate for residential properties priced below 3 million baht, which exceeds 70%.

Furthermore, the company has pre-sales across all ongoing projects that exceed targets, with total pre-sales valued at over 649 million baht in Q1/2567, and this trend is expected to continue into Q2/2567.

"The overall real estate market continues to face challenges from both domestic and international economic conditions, with slower-than-expected growth and high interest rates impacting consumer confidence. However, the company continues to perform well due to the ongoing demand for residential properties from real demand customers and foreign buyers, who represent the most potential segment in the market and are key customers for PROUD," he stated.
