Ms. Pannee Chaikool (center), Chairperson, along with Mr. Thongchai Busarapant (3rd from right), Vice Chairperson and Co-CEO, along with the Board of Directors of Noble Development Public Company Limited (“NOBLE”), held the annual general meeting of shareholders for the year 2024 in an electronic format (E-AGM). The key agenda included acknowledging the operational results and considering the approval of the financial statements for the year 2023. The shareholders' meeting approved an additional dividend payment of 0.118 Baht per share, bringing the total annual dividend for 2023 to 0.399 Baht per share. The ex-dividend date (XD) is set for May 3, 2024, with the dividend payment scheduled for May 24, 2024.

Additionally, the company reaffirmed its plans for 2024 by launching 7 new projects with a total project value exceeding 22.61 billion Baht, aiming for a total revenue target of 14 billion Baht and pre-sales of 20.6 billion Baht, striving to become one of the top 5 real estate development companies in Thailand.
