IHG Hotels & Resorts is moving forward with the expansion of the Hotel Indigo brand in Thailand by signing a partnership agreement with the internationally renowned real estate developer Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC). The Hotel Indigo The Forestias will feature 274 rooms and is set to open in 2026 at The Forestias project, a premier real estate development covering 398 rai in eastern Bangkok, making it the largest real estate project in Thailand.

This new Hotel Indigo is ready to provide guests with an elevated stay experience, allowing them to immerse themselves in nature through design inspired by the lush forest ecosystem surrounding it, harmoniously integrating nature, diverse wildlife, and guests.

In addition to Hotel Indigo The Forestias, the project will offer a variety of amenities, including residential projects, office spaces, retail shops, restaurants, family activity areas, and a medical center. The Forestias project is also home to another IHG project, Six Senses The Forestias, which features an 85-room hotel and 27 single-family homes adjacent to a 30-rai forest park.
