Siamese Asset Public Company Limited (SA), a comprehensive real estate developer, has unveiled its plan to integrate innovation for living under the concept of "THE SUSTAINOVATIVE LIVING". This initiative aims to create energy-efficient homes that enhance comfort and happiness through technology that provides fresh air, reduces electricity costs with clean energy technology, and meets the lifestyle needs of the new generation, achieving energy savings of over 40%. CEO Khajornsak Singserm emphasizes the green policy, stating that from now on, every project must obtain EDGE certification, a green building standard from IFC, with a revenue target of 7 billion baht for 2024, setting a record high.

Mr. Khajornsak Singserm, CEO of Siamese Asset Public Company Limited (SA), which develops both high-rise and low-rise properties, also engages in various related businesses such as hotels, restaurants, health & wellness, and living technology to cater to all consumer lifestyles. Under the concept of "Siamese Asset: Asset of Life, creating profits for every aspect of life", he discusses the company's vision for 2024, focusing on developing innovations based on the principles of "THE SUSTAINOVATIVE LIVING" to enhance residents' comfort through environmentally friendly technology and innovations, such as renewable energy technology, efficient resource use, and the development of eco-friendly products. The company has also established Siamese Technology Co., Ltd. to develop innovations alongside residential projects, aiming to install 30 EV chargers and solar roofs with a total production capacity of over 50,000 KWh per month.

"We prioritize everything from design, construction techniques, to selecting energy-efficient materials for production. We choose energy-saving electrical appliances and sanitary ware that will reduce energy consumption by over 40% once the construction is completed and the buildings are operational. This includes the use of alternative energy and energy-saving devices, such as installing solar rooftop panels to save on electricity costs, promoting the use of electric vehicles by installing EV charging stations in our projects, and utilizing the Air of Life technology, an air purifier that provides fresh air, filters PM2.5 dust, and recovers energy through a heat exchange system to reduce external heat before it enters the living spaces. All of these innovations enhance the comfort of our residents," Mr. Khajornsak stated.

This aligns with the "Green Business" policy, focusing on real estate that helps reduce CO2 emissions, which is a crucial concept for future building construction towards sustainable development. We believe that energy-efficient buildings will be in higher demand compared to conventional buildings, enhancing competitiveness in the rental and sales real estate market. From now on, every project developed by the company will need to obtain EDGE certification, a green building standard from IFC.

For 2024, the company targets revenue at 7 billion baht. Although this is a high and challenging target, it is estimated that the main revenue will come from the transfer of the Landmark @ MRTA Station (Rama 9) project, which has a backlog valued at over 4.8 billion baht at the end of 2023, with continuous transfers expected this year. This is projected to generate approximately 4.1 billion baht from condominium transfers, around 2 to 2.2 billion baht from low-rise properties, and about 500 to 600 million baht from other income sources such as hotels and restaurants.

Regarding the company's business operations, it focuses on the hotel and service sectors to support the recovering tourism industry, with a goal for recurring business to account for 15% of the company's revenue within five years. Additionally, the company is developing housing to accommodate the aging society, which will include facilities and services such as medical care and nursing homes.

Furthermore, the company plans to develop real estate projects across all price levels to cater to all target groups. Given the trend of renting rather than buying, the company has developed branded residences to serve both the owner-occupier and rental markets. The branded residences by Siamese Asset will be managed by a professional team under the brand of reputable leading hotels, providing higher capital gains compared to typical condominium projects.

On April 30, 2024, "Siamese Asset" will launch its new presenter, "Apo Nattawit", a talented and charming young actor, inviting everyone to experience a new journey at the #TheSustainovativeLiving event, which will take you into the world of innovation and special promotions for quality housing and condominium projects, including discounts and numerous giveaways at THE SUSTAINOVATIVE LIVING event at Eden Zone, 1st Floor @CentralwOrld.
