SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited (SC) held its Annual General Meeting for 2024, which was made available for viewing via electronic media. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Rutt Kittiwetchosathorn, Chairman of the Board, along with Mr. Natthapong Kunakornwong, Chief Executive Officer, and the board of directors, who attended to report on the achievements of 2023 regarding operational performance and sustainable business development.

The meeting resolved to approve thetotal dividend payment for the fiscal year 2023 from net profit from operations at a rate of 0.24 Baht per share. The board had already approved an interim dividend for 2023 at a rate of 0.08 Baht per share, and the annual general meeting approved an additional dividend payment for the fiscal year 2023 at a rate of 0.16 Baht per share, with the payment scheduled for May 21, 2024.
