Pruksa Holding Holds Groundbreaking Ceremony to Mark Bang Bo Area for Omega Bangna Logistics Campus Project
Mr. Uthen Lohachitpitak, Chief Executive Officer of Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited led a team of executives in the Groundbreaking Ceremony to commence construction of the "Omega Bangna Logistics Campus," a comprehensive warehouse project featuring advanced logistics technology and integrated solutions, valued at 8.43 billion baht, covering over 200,000 square meters in the Bang Bo area. This project aims to meet the rapidly growing demand from both Thai and international customers. It represents a regional collaboration through the "CapitaLand SEA Logistics Fund," where Pruksa Holding has partnered with two leading companies: CapitaLand Investment Group (CLI), a global leader in real estate investment management based in Singapore, and Ally Logistic Property (ALP), the most advanced provider of comprehensive warehouse solutions in Taiwan's logistics industry. The project will offer end-to-end integrated solutions, including automated inventory management systems, robotic equipment, and space planning to better meet customer needs.
This construction collaboration marks the first mega project following the establishment of the CapitaLand SEA Logistics Fund, with confidence that the combined expertise and networks of Pruksa Holding, CLI, and ALP will drive innovation and set new standards for logistics services in Southeast Asia.
