Chao Phraya Mahakhan Public Company Limited (CMC) showcased a range of houses and condos along the electric train lines, generating over 200 million in sales at the recent Housing and Condo Fair. The company is actively pursuing marketing activities to continuously build its backlog throughout the year, with over 90% of sales from ready-to-move-in projects expected to recognize revenue by Q2/2024. The remaining sales come from two newly introduced projects: Chateau In Town Kaset Campus and The Cuvee Rama 3 - Suksawat.

At this event, CMC customers were also lucky winners of a grand prize, an ALL NEW MG5 C car valued at 585,000, from a lucky draw for those who booked a house or condo during the 45th fair. The brands promoted by CMC that achieved new sales heights at this event include The Cuvee, a premium condominium brand offering an exceptional living experience.

- The Cuvee Tiwanon is a premium condominium located near the MRT Tiwanon Station, recognized with prestigious architectural design awards, with a project value of 870 million.

- The Cuvee Rama 3 - Suksawat is the first pet-friendly condo in Suksawat, close to the MRT Purple Line at Rat Burana Station, featuring 30 amenities and awarded the FIABCI-Thai PRIX D’EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2023 in the Residential Condominium Category, with a project value of 1.6 billion.

- Cybiq Rama 9 - Ramkhamhaeng 24 is a pet-friendly condo behind Ramkhamhaeng University, set to complete in April 2024, with a project value of 290 million.

- Cybiq Ratchada 32 is a ready-to-move-in condo in the heart of Ratchada, near Chandrakasem Rajabhat University and the Yellow Line MRT, ready for ownership transfer, with a project value of 700 million.

CMC focuses on marketing that reaches customers at locations that are hubs for target groups, close to project locations, to continuously create awareness and generate sales. In Q2/2024, revenue will be recognized from 4 new completed ready-to-move-in projects: Chateau In Town Pinklao valued at 550 million, Cybiq Ratchada 32 valued at 700 million, Chateau Village Westgate - Ban Kluai valued at 450 million, and The Clev Riverline Chao Phraya - Wong Sawang valued at 1.6 billion. In Q3/2024, revenue will start to be recognized from Cerocco Bangna 36 valued at 1.4 billion.

The Cuvee Rama 3 - Suksawat, a 39-story residential building with 827 units located on Suksawat Road near the MRT Purple Line at Rat Burana Station, with a total value of 2.1 billion, and Chateau In Town Kaset-Campus, an 8-story residential building with 316 units valued at 675 million, both of which will be pet-friendly condos starting construction in mid-2025 and available for occupancy in 2027. The new townhouse project, Chateau Village Westgate - Ban Kluai, valued at 450 million, will start sales in May 2024 and ownership transfer in June 2024.

The company will also focus on creating "Recurring Income" from the Hospitality and Wellness business, which will cater to health and elderly care, providing stable income growth.
