Property Perfect has teamed up with TOA to introduce three new color tones for its new home series in the Perfect Park project, piloting in four locations. The initiative emphasizes reducing heat and energy consumption while addressing the trend of eco-friendly living with the TOA Green Certified standard.

They are also free from harmful substances, ensuring safety for residents and environmental friendliness.
