This certification focuses on managing, maintaining, and improving the performance of existing buildings to meet new standards, with SCG Building and Living Care Consulting Co., Ltd. serving as the consulting firm for this certification process.

Rasa Tower is a large office building with over 76,000 square meters of usable space, aiming to elevate its building standards in accordance with the previously certified LEED standards to the latest version, which emphasizes overall building performance measurement, significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and continuously promoting the health and well-being of its occupants. This reinforces Rasa Tower's image as a building that prioritizes the quality of life for its users while enhancing building efficiency. Rasa Tower successfully met the criteria based on five key points:

1. Efficient energy management within the building, resulting in energy savings of over 40% compared to typical buildings.

2. Use of water-efficient fixtures, significantly reducing water consumption compared to standard usage.

3. Waste separation at the source and encouraging occupants to correctly sort waste to separate recyclables from general waste.

4. With the building's location near the subway, over 35% of occupants can travel by public transport, reducing the use of personal vehicles and consequently lowering carbon dioxide emissions.

5. Effective management of the building's ventilation system, reducing levels of PM 2.5 dust and carbon dioxide inside the building.
