With BTS Group as a leader in public transport and Ananda as a leader in real estate and condominium development near the BTS in Thailand, they are launching the Ultra Luxury Residence project, THE RESIDENCES 38, a World Class Residence located in the prime area of Thonglor. They have appointed Ascott, a global service provider, to manage La Clef Bangkok by The Crest Collection, located on floors 12 to 23, which consists of a total of 115 units. THE RESIDENCES 38 is situated on floors 24 to 36 and offers condominium living options ranging from 1 Bedroom to Penthouse.

The investment for this project will be managed by Rabbit Holdings, a subsidiary of BTS Group, which specializes in investing in property management and development businesses through strategic partnerships in branding and marketing. Ananda Development Public Company Limited has been appointed to manage the project from construction, development, and overall sales and marketing planning. This collaboration with Ananda is expected to enhance Rabbit Holdings' business development capabilities and expand its customer base both domestically and internationally, leveraging Ananda's strong and diverse customer network. Additionally, Rabbit Holdings has appointed The Ascott Limited to manage the service residence La Clef Bangkok by The Crest Collection, marking the debut of The Crest Collection brand in Thailand.
