SAM Moves Forward with Auction of Second-Hand Properties Worth Over 420 Million Baht, Offering Price Reductions and Special Promotions to Attract Homebuyers and Investors on February 23
Ms. Sirinat Naengonngong, Acting Managing Director of Sukhumvit Asset Management Company Limited (SAM), announced that on February 23, 2024, SAM will auction second-hand properties or non-performing assets (NPA) located in prime areas across Thailand. This includes properties for residential and investment purposes, such as vacant land, single houses, townhouses, commercial buildings, apartments, hotels/resorts, factories/warehouses, and residential condominiums, totaling 66 items valued at over 420 million baht. Interested parties can submit their bids by February 15, 2024.

SAM has also reduced prices on several highlighted properties and is offering special promotions for this auction event, such as “SAM Second-Hand Properties Must Share” for those who refer friends or acquaintances to purchase SAM's NPA priced under 1 million baht, earning a 2% commission per property. Additionally, “SAM Home Loan by GHB” offers customers special rights and interest rates when applying for loans through the Government Housing Bank (GHB), along with a gift voucher of up to 3,000 baht, subject to terms and conditions.
