ThPST Partners with Thailand Post Distribution for Comprehensive Logistics Services for Tenants and Project Developers
Thana Raks Asset Development Co., Ltd. (ThPST) has signed a memorandum of agreement with Thailand Post Distribution Co., Ltd. (TPD) to provide document transportation and storage services for a duration of one year. This collaboration aims to enhance capabilities, efficiency, reduce costs, and offer comprehensive logistics services within the Government Complex Commemorating His Majesty the King's 80th Birthday, covering Buildings A, B, and C, which are set to gradually open around April this year. The services will also extend to other ThPST clients and interested parties.

Dr. Nalika Atipak Saengsanit, Managing Director of ThPST, stated that ThPST is committed to alleviating the burden of document transportation and storage for clients and tenants in the Government Complex, ensuring greater convenience. This initiative reinforces the one-stop service policy, leading to this collaboration with Thailand Post Distribution, a professional in transportation services. Once Building C opens, it is expected that tenants will want to move their offices from Buildings A and B to Building C, as well as new tenants moving in from outside the complex. Additionally, this partnership will also benefit clients in the construction and property management sector that ThPST is expanding into.
Furthermore, this collaboration includes providing document storage space, with ThPST allocating a 3,200 square meter area on the 5th floor of Parking Building B for TPD to set up a document and item storage service. This will also involve transporting assets and parcels for tenants in the Government Complex or those interested in other services, facilitating convenience for tenant agencies. During this period, the feasibility of a future investment or leasing agreement between ThPST and TPD after the one-year term of this memorandum will also be explored.

Mr. Pira Udomkijskul, Managing Director of Thailand Post Distribution Co., Ltd. (TPD), mentioned that the company provides comprehensive logistics services, with expertise in managing all forms of transportation. In the past, TPD has developed a standard storage system based on GSP (Good Storage Practice) and modern GDP (Good Distribution Practices) delivery plans to meet customer needs nationwide, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to international standards for storage and distribution of goods.
This collaboration for transportation and document storage services in the Government Complex Commemorating His Majesty the King's 80th Birthday is a significant partnership that will allow both organizations to integrate resources for maximum benefit in warehouse management, reducing costs in line with the current economic situation.
Moreover, document storage clients can be assured of safety, especially for confidential information, as this agreement includes security measures. Both organizations will work together to protect the confidentiality of clients' sensitive information, including preventing breaches and leaks. Clients will be promptly informed if any violations or leaks occur. Even after the conclusion of this memorandum (MOU), the confidentiality obligations will remain in effect.
