L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited, a developer of quality residential properties that enhance livability in every dimension for over 35 years, is set to deliver the ‘Livable Living Experience’—a home that is ‘livable’ for everyone. In collaboration with the Creative Economy Agency (Public Organization) or CEA, LPN supports the event “Bangkok Design Week 2024” (BKKDW 2024) under the theme ‘Livable Scape: The More People Create, The Better the City’, aligning with LPN's concept of ‘livability’. This support aims to raise awareness among the younger generation and encourage everyone to participate in small actions around them to help make Bangkok a ‘livable’, ‘investable’, and ‘tourable’ city. It also serves as a platform for designers and creators to showcase their work. During this event, LPN will present the story of ‘livability’ through the ExperienceScape program, mapping significant locations in the Phra Nakhon area, along with an exhibition by the renowned artist Toey Yee, whose emotionally resonant artworks will be on display from January 27 to February 4, 2024 at the Maen Sri Waterworks (Center Hub), Rommaninat Park, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, and Mahakan Fort. Activities will run from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with exciting highlights throughout the full nine days!

Ms. Monpat Supakijjanusanti, Head of Brand Development, stated that LPN, as a quality housing developer for 34 years and entering its 35th year, is committed to developing residential projects with meticulous attention to design that fosters a ‘Livable Living Experience’—a home that is ‘livable’ for everyone across all generations. The designs are modern, reflecting simplicity while being detail-oriented, creating spaces where happiness can be shared. This idea aims to communicate to the general public and the younger generation in an easily accessible manner through the Livable Scape concept in collaboration with CEA and the Faculty of Architecture at Silpakorn University, incorporating the core ‘5C’ elements essential for LPN's project development to create livable housing for everyone, now and forever, which includes:

1.       Comfort = a comfortable living experience

2.       Convenience = ease of travel for living

3.       Care for well-being = good health for both body and mind

4.       Care for the planet = importance of the environment for a more livable world

5.       Community & Social = importance of a livable society

Supporting the Bangkok Design Week 2024 will enhance awareness of LPN's concept of ‘livability’ among the younger target audience. This year, the main theme aligns with LPN's ‘Livable Living Experience’ because we not only create residences and take good care of our residents but also prioritize creating a good environment in our surrounding communities. We expect visitors to experience something new from LPN and be impressed by what LPN has prepared for everyone throughout the event,” Ms. Monpat added.

This year, LPN is also part of the ExperienceScape program in collaboration with the Urban Ally Center, Faculty of Architecture at Silpakorn University, serving as the District Host for the Phra Nakhon area, with the festival theme “City Nurturing Friends LIVE” under the concept of Everyday-life Festival to showcase creative uses of public spaces in the old town area, enhancing the living experience, renewing identities, and making these spaces more effective for social interaction. The aim is for the design festival to spark urban development and improve the quality of life for residents in the old town of Phra Nakhon, impacting the community's economy through diverse visitors and paving the way for the future development of the creative economy in Phra Nakhon, presenting various stories under the concept of light in each area of Phra Nakhon, including:

1.Maen Sri Waterworks (Center Hub) with the concept Back to the Past by Kor.Bor.Vor, featuring projection mapping discussing the life of tanks in a place with a long history, awakening them to share those memories with us, and From Now to Future by DecideKit, showcasing projection mapping on the tanks, highlighting self-worth, sharing stories, embracing new experiences, and learning about this world again, refining our core to become better and stronger sustainably.

2.Mahakan Fort with the concept Join (joy) together by The Motion House and From Object To Studio Projection Mapping, bringing local artists' works to project onto buildings and create illusions under the theme “Living in a Color”, beautifying the place and creating various zones for attendees to experience color and creativity.

3.Bangkok Metropolitan Administration with the concept Night Blooming by Yimsamer, transforming government spaces into citizen areas during off-hours.

4.Rommaninat Park with the concept Call Me Susan by Yellaban Creative Media Studio, experimenting with space and creating an image to foster interaction between traditional architecture and people in a new form.

Additionally, within the Maen Sri Waterworks (Center Hub), LPN has created a space for healing from the chaos, designed by Toey Yee Prapasorn Kanjanasut, an artist known for connecting with people's emotions and believing that the Thai language can become art that resonates with people. Dubbed the “artist of the era,” she believes her written art can evoke pride in people's feelings and humanity. Her artworks often embody the belief that everyone can experience “freedom of feeling.” The inspiration for this space design comes from the concept of Sun, reflecting brightness and inspiring visitors, and Moon, symbolizing encouragement during weak moments. Participants in the event will experience the ‘livability’ that LPN aims to convey through the Exhibition and receive limited-edition souvenirs while enjoying various activities. On January 27, there will be a special round for art enthusiasts to take photos and create content while meeting Toey Yee up close.

Experience the special activities and feel the ‘Livable Living Experience’ through the ExperienceScape program, utilizing mapping techniques on significant locations in the Phra Nakhon area, along with the exhibition by Toey Yee, an artist of the era whose artworks resonate with people's emotions, at the “Bangkok Design Week 2024” (BKKDW 2024) from January 27 to February 4, 2024.
