LPC Social Enterprise Co., Ltd., part of L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited, is committed to enhancing the quality of life and promoting educational opportunities for employees and their children continuously for the past 13 years, from 2011 to 2023, providing over 5,000 scholarships worth more than 20 million baht. The aim is to create equality in education and skill development to uplift the quality of life for underprivileged women. In 2023, the 13th scholarship program was held, with Ms. Suraswadi Suewaja, Managing Director, presenting scholarships to over 700 children, totaling 1.7 million baht. This included 630 annual scholarships worth over 2.5 million baht and 84 “Good Student” scholarships totaling 575,000 baht.

Part of the scholarship funds comes from the support and services of ‘Lumpini Maids’ and ‘Jaew Lumpini - Condominium Cleaning Services’ for clients of LPN's village and condominium projects, totaling over 270 locations. This enables the company to improve the quality of life for employees and their families. The scholarship program is part of the policy aimed at enhancing employees' quality of life under the initiative ‘Good Mothers, Smart Children’, to alleviate household expenses and reward employees for their dedication, responsibility, and commitment to their roles. It also aims to ensure equal educational opportunities for all employees' children, which is fundamental for building a better society in the future.
