It is also expanding its portfolio with new horizontal projects, confident that the real estate market will remain bright in 2024, preparing to transfer another 10 projects valued at 19.31 billion baht, while building up its backlog to ensure stable and strong growth moving forward.

Mr. Kramchat Wiphanpong, CEO of AssetWise Public Company Limited, stated that since the beginning of 2023, the overall economy in the country has continued to slow down due to key factors such as rising interest rates and increasing household debt, causing consumers to take more time in their decision-making. However, there remains a demand for housing, albeit with a shift in purchasing patterns according to the situation. Since the beginning of 2023, AssetWise has implemented strategies to adapt and ensure continuous growth by developing both high-rise and horizontal residential projects, including campus condominiums, lifestyle condominiums, single houses, and twin houses, to meet the diverse needs of customers in prime locations in Bangkok and other provinces.

“This year marks another golden year for AssetWise, as the company has adjusted its plan to launch new projects to a total of 15 projects, with a total project value of 30.26 billion baht, up from the original 12 projects. Additionally, there are the highest number of completed condos ready for transfer, valued at 14.53 billion baht. The new projects have also achieved sales beyond expectations, especially in locations near universities, such as the K-Town Island project, the Modiz Walt Kaset - Sripatum project, and the Modiz Avant-Garde, the latest high-rise condo near Thammasat University Rangsit, which experienced a sold-out phenomenon on the first day of sales. Furthermore, AssetWise has also launched the ATMOZ brand of resort condominiums, with two projects: ATMOZ Season Lat Krabang and ATMOZ Palacio Lat Phrao-Wang Hin, which stand out with large common areas that cater to a complete lifestyle for working individuals and city dwellers seeking relaxation and happiness every day. In 2024, the company will have another 10 completed projects ready for transfer, with a total value of 19.31 billion baht, consisting of 8 condominium projects valued at over 14.06 billion baht and 2 horizontal projects valued at over 5.25 billion baht.
