“Pruksa Holding” Receives Certification for Anti-Corruption Coalition Renewal for the 3rd Time, Declares Commitment to Transparency
Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited (PSH) continues its fight against corruption and bribery in all forms by joining the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC), reinforcing its status as a transparent organization. PSH invites its partners to join in declaring their commitment, hoping to expand the business network throughout the supply chain to be free from corruption. This year, PSH has been certified for the renewal for the 3rd time since 2017 at the CAC National Conference 2023, themed “Public-Private Collaboration: A Strong Collective Action Against Corruption,” strengthening trilateral cooperation for sustainability.

Mr. Uthen Lohachitpitak, CEO of the Group, stated that the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC) is a project that provides an opportunity for companies across all sectors in Thailand to participate in addressing corruption issues. It has established a set of 71 guidelines as a checklist for companies to implement concrete anti-corruption measures. Any private organization can voluntarily join in declaring their commitment to combat corruption. Afterward, there will be a period for each participating organization to prepare for the CAC assessment process to ensure compliance with the 71 checklist items.
“PSH adheres to a No Gift Policy, which means we do not accept, give, or request gifts of any kind. We also promote transparent management by implementing a Check & Balance system that separates the purchasing and approving roles to prevent conflicts of interest. We have a negotiation team to ensure that no single individual can negotiate alone, and we utilize AI technology to detect unusual behaviors or procurement processes. This approach has allowed us to use data to improve processes and reduce the risk of corruption. Additionally, we communicate and encourage our partners to join CAC to expand our business network free from corruption throughout the supply chain,”
“Changing society, especially in the fight against corruption, cannot be done alone. One of our core values is Impact for Good, which emphasizes doing good not just for ourselves but also for our partners, the environment, and society. This policy aligns with Pruksa's mission to create a better living environment for people,” Mr. Uthen added.
