THANA Launches GREEN PRO Eco-Friendly Campaign with Exciting Year-End Deal Including EVs Worth Over 40 Million Baht
THANA is launching a major campaign to promote environmental sustainability, called GREEN PRO, aimed at supporting those who aspire to own a home and a car simultaneously. From now until December 17, customers can purchase a new home from 7 quality projects, totaling 70 units, with prices starting from 2.2 to 28.5 million baht*, and receive a free electric vehicle (EV) valued at over 40 million baht. This initiative is expected to positively impact the company's topline growth.

Mr. Jarun Kasorn, Chief Operating Officer of Thanasiri Group Public Company Limited (THANA), revealed that the big eco-friendly campaign GREEN PRO—“Buy a Home, Get a Free EV with Every Purchase”—is valued at over 40 million baht and is part of a marketing strategy to meet the needs of homebuyers, making it easier for them to make a decision while reflecting environmental sustainability in every aspect.
“GREEN PRO is a year-end campaign designed to align marketing efforts with the needs of potential homebuyers. The company has selected 7 quality projects, including single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes, with prices starting from 2.2 to 28.5 million baht*. We believe this campaign will attract many customers looking for real housing solutions, or real demand, as we have observed that from January to November 2023, many customers have hesitated to make a purchase while waiting for the political and economic situations to stabilize. The GREEN PRO campaign runs from now until December 17, 2023. By purchasing a home from the 7 participating projects, customers can choose from 70 units, including Thanavillage Bangna - Bangbo, Thanasiri Village Udon Thani - Airport, Thanacluster Ratchaphruek, Thanavillage Ring Road - Pinklao, Thanacluster Westgate, Anabuki Thanahabitat Ratchaphruek, and Thanarresident Borom - Pinklao, and upon transferring ownership, receive a free electric vehicle (EV) valued between 398,500 and 1,590,000 baht*. The EV options include brands such as VOLT For-Four, NETA V, BYD Dolphin, and VOLVO Ex30 (according to project promotions).
