LIV-24 showcases its business performance in providing comprehensive smart security technology services, achieving over 51 million baht in revenue during the first 10 months of 2023, marking a 118% growth that exceeds its annual target. The company emphasizes its strategy for 2024, focusing on developing technology to meet customer needs in both residential and commercial projects, with an increased push towards industrial clients.

Ms. Niramon Direkmahamongkol, Senior Director of LIV-24 Living Technology at Plus Property Co., Ltd., stated, "The performance of LIV-24 in providing intelligent security technology and full building engineering management has received positive feedback from over 130 projects. This has resulted in revenue of over 51 million baht in the first 10 months of 2023, compared to 23 million baht in 2022, reflecting a remarkable growth of 118% (YOY), surpassing our set targets. In 2024, LIV-24 will continue to aggressively pursue its strategy of being "UNITED POWER 24/7 PROTECTION FOR THE FUTURE OF SECURITY TECHNOLOGY", showcasing our leadership and expertise in security systems powered by AI, combined with the experience of experts in full building engineering management, operating in real-time 24 hours a day."

LIV-24 has continuously developed technology in two main areas: 1. Security Tech with the intelligence of the AI CCTV Analytics system, which has accumulated over 5 years of experience, allowing the AI to learn from cases and enhance its intelligence. In the past, it has detected anomalies (Incident Detection) up to 500,000 times, and LIV-24 has prevented over 10,000 incidents caused by malfunctions in building engineering systems, such as electrical short circuits leading to fires, elevator malfunctions, detecting abnormal building engineering systems, as well as preventing safety hazards from poisonous animals, intrusions by suspicious individuals, and accidents in high-risk areas. This reinforces our leadership in safety management. Recently, we upgraded the Visitor Management System (VMS) used to monitor vehicles entering project areas, incorporating License Plate Recognition technology powered by AI, which reduces investment costs in scanning equipment by up to 40% compared to traditional systems like Keycard and RFID, making investments more efficient (effective Investment). Additionally, we have introduced a pre-registration channel for project access E-Stamp and the ability to pay for parking via Line Application to enhance convenience and safety.

2. Building Automation System (BAS) has also seen continuous technological development to meet the needs of high-rise buildings. Research by Plus Property reveals that many buildings in Thailand have installed fire alarm systems (Fire Alarm System) as required by law, but most have conventional systems that alert without pinpointing the exact location of the incident, necessitating on-site personnel to monitor and coordinate emergency responses. The next level is the Addressable System, which can identify the incident location but still requires constant monitoring by staff for timely emergency coordination. Only a few buildings have installed Wireless Systems that can monitor incidents in real-time 24 hours a day, connecting to the Command Center for rapid awareness and fire suppression, significantly reducing damage to life and property.

Plus Property sees opportunities in the market for centralized monitoring of various systems within buildings, leading to the development of the latest product, “IoT Edge Series”, researched and developed by the IoT team at LIV-24. This product addresses various limitations by allowing IoT to manage systems such as Fire Alarm and Building Management, reducing equipment costs, installation size, and time, enabling remote monitoring and problem-solving. With LIV-24's Command Center, designed to comprehensively cover all systems, our expert team coordinates with project personnel to provide 24-hour support, ensuring immediate incident response and enhancing operational efficiency and safety for our clients.

“In 2024, LIV-24 aims for a revenue target of 180 million baht, representing a 150% growth, driven by both residential and commercial projects. We anticipate an increase in the number of projects utilizing our services to 160. Our strategy leverages expertise in technology and a deep understanding of the diverse security system needs of residential and commercial projects, allowing LIV-24 to be flexible, develop a skilled team, and provide tailored security solutions for each project,” Ms. Niramon stated.
