Sivaram Real Estate Public Company Limited, or “SVR,” anticipates a recovery in the real estate market in 2024, reaffirming its goal to achieve High Growth. The company is set to launch the Sivaram Park project (Ring Road - Pracha Uthit 76) on November 18-19, along with 4 new projects totaling 3.714 billion baht, expanding into new areas of Phutthamonthon and Bangkae-Sathorn to meet the diverse needs of residents. Additionally, SVR is excited to announce a joint venture with the 'Phutthaprommongkol Group' for the first project under 'SIVAROM NATURE PLUS (Bangpu 104)' in Q3/2024, confident that revenue in 2024 will grow by no less than 40% compared to this year, which is projected to see a 35% increase.

Mr. Ronarit Thitisuriyarak, the Executive Chairman and Senior Chief Financial Officer of Sivaram Real Estate Public Company Limited (SVR), revealed that the overall real estate market in 2024 is expected to gradually recover in line with the overall economy, allowing purchasing power to return to normal levels, which will positively impact the real estate market as well. The company plans to expand its development into new areas to increase sales opportunities, aligning with its policy to move beyond its previous focus on the Samut Prakan area. In 2024, SVR plans to develop projects in new areas such as Phutthamonthon and Bangkae-Sathorn.

Recently, SVR is preparing to launch the Sivaram Park project (Ring Road - Pracha Uthit 76), a single-house project valued at 528 million baht, with prices ranging from 3 to 5 million baht, on November 18-19. This location is considered a new area with high growth potential, as there is significant demand from consumers looking to purchase single-story homes in this area (Sathorn, Rama 3, and Klongtoey), where there are not many single-story houses available to meet consumer demand due to high land prices, which are more suitable for condominium projects. Therefore, the company believes this project will effectively meet the needs of customers in the area.

For 2024, SVR plans to launch 4 new projects with a total project value of over 3.714 billion baht, comprising approximately 802 units, including SIVAROM HYDE (Bangkae-Sathorn), a European Luxury-style single-house project valued at 400 million baht with 29 units, starting at 13.90 million baht, which will have a pre-sale in Q2/2024. SIVAROM HYDE (Phutthamonthon Sai 3), featuring Art Deco-style single houses valued at 422 million baht with 31 units, starting at 12.90 million baht.

SIVAROM NATURE PLUS (Bangpu 104) will feature three types of homes: townhouses, duplexes, and single houses in the Bergen Norway style. This project will be operated under Sivaram Plus Land Co., Ltd., in which SVR holds a 60% stake and the Phutthaprommongkol Group holds 40%. This marks the first project following their joint venture.

Additionally, GRAND SIVAROM 2 (Sukhumvit-Bangpu) will feature two-story single houses in the Art Deco style, valued at 1.438 billion baht, with 254 units, starting at 4.5 to 7.0 million baht. All three projects are set to have pre-sales in Q3/2024. The company believes that all of Sivaram's projects will perfectly meet the needs of residents in every aspect. SVR forecasts a growth rate of over 40% for 2024, compared to a target growth of 35% for 2023, which will reinforce the achievement of a new all-time high growth rate starting this year as it aims for High Growth as planned.
