Ms. Praparat Siriwatkanon, Chairperson of Quickcoat Products Co., Ltd., a manufacturer and distributor of quality cement for professional craftsmen under the brands “Lukding” and “Kangaroo,” revealed that the Lukding and Kangaroo cement production facility has received the Green Activity certification (GI(E) 2-295/2566) from the Ministry of Industry. This certification reflects the company's commitment to reducing global warming by considering the long-term environmental and community impacts in every operational process, with three main projects aimed at improving the environment and community:

1. Cement from Clean Energy - Every bag of cement produced in the factory is made from 100% natural energy, utilizing solar power. The factory has installed up to 2,000 solar panels to replace electricity generated from fossil fuels, a major contributor to greenhouse gas emissions leading to current global warming.

2. Dust-Free Cement Factory - With internationally recognized production standards using robotic production systems, the manufacturing process is precise, modern, and environmentally conscious, reducing waste. Large dust filters have been installed within the factory to control and reduce dust emissions by up to 90%, helping to decrease air pollution for the surrounding community.

3. Planting Trees to Restore Oxygen to the Community - The factory has increased green space by more than 30%, with management and employees of Quickcoat collaborating to plant over 300 saplings, contributing to the production of oxygen and providing clean air for the surrounding community.
