This does not include other costs such as labor, leading operators to gradually increase home prices by an average of <\/span>3-5%<\/span>, which is unavoidable given the rising construction costs since the beginning of the year.<\/span><\/p>

For the third quarter and projected into the fourth quarter of this year, the overall trend shows that the prices of construction materials and labor continue to rise, resulting in increased costs for building homes. “In the past, our members have kept prices stable for as long as possible, but due to the impact of rising material and labor costs, there has already been one price adjustment at the beginning of the year, and we anticipate a second adjustment of about 3-5% in the fourth quarter to alleviate the burden on those looking to build homes amidst rising interest rates. Therefore, the association is organizing the Home Building and Materials <\/em><\/strong>Expo 2023 <\/em><\/strong> as a significant opportunity for those wishing to own a home, allowing them to book and decide to build their homes with special rights and promotions available at the event,” Mr. Olar stated.<\/p>
