Mr. Atthapol revealed that EnCo was established and has entered the real estate development business for 19 years to manage the Energy Complex, which serves as the office building for companies in the PTT group and the Ministry of Energy. In 2021, the PTT group recognized the opportunity to expand its expertise in property management, leading EnCo to participate in and win the bid for the Lak Si training center of Thai Airways International Public Co., Ltd. The building was renovated and renamed EnCo Terminal or EnTer.
