Energy Complex Transforms Prime Location in Lak Si with the Launch of 'EnCo Terminal' to Elevate Future Work Lifestyle
Energy Complex Co., Ltd. reaffirms its success as a real estate developer by launching EnCo Terminal (EnTer), an office building that perfectly meets lifestyle and living needs in the potential area of Lak Si - Don Mueang. With the concept of The Future Station, the building is designed with modern technology and comprehensive facilities, reflecting its status as a green building with an energy-efficient management system. It aims to deliver quality services and international standards to ensure that EnTer's clients grow alongside society and the environment sustainably.

Mr. Atthapol Rukphiboon, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, along with Dr. Buranin Rattanasombat, Chief Operating Officer of New Business and Infrastructure Group at PTT Public Company Limited (PTT), Mr. Montree Lawanchaikul, Chief Executive Officer of PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP), and Mr. Sirisak Jantrama, Managing Director of Energy Complex Co., Ltd. (EnCo), participated in the opening ceremony of the EnCo Terminal (EnTer) by Energy Complex Co., Ltd. (EnCo), which will be fully operational in the fourth quarter of 2023.

Mr. Atthapol revealed that EnCo was established and has entered the real estate development business for 19 years to manage the Energy Complex, which serves as the office building for companies in the PTT group and the Ministry of Energy. In 2021, the PTT group recognized the opportunity to expand its expertise in property management, leading EnCo to participate in and win the bid for the Lak Si training center of Thai Airways International Public Co., Ltd. The building was renovated and renamed EnCo Terminal or EnTer. Additionally, in the past 2-3 years, the modern work lifestyle has changed dramatically, necessitating flexible, comfortable office space designs equipped with innovation and technology to meet diverse needs, enhance work efficiency, and improve the well-being of workers. This marks another step for EnCo to expand its business potential in comprehensive property management to respond to future work styles and the lifestyles of its clients.

Mr. Sirisak stated that EnTer has been upgraded under the concept of The Future Station, reflecting a modern office building that goes beyond traditional office spaces. It caters to the working needs of people of all ages by integrating technology and innovation into its design, such as using high-performance new aluminum composite panels for the building's exterior (Façade), which are lightweight, fire-resistant, and help insulate against heat, keeping the interior cooler and reducing electricity consumption for air conditioning. These aluminum composite panels can also be recycled in the future and are environmentally friendly. The architectural design features a futuristic style or timeless design that fits all eras.

“The development of EnTer reflects an innovative building suitable for all types of entrepreneurs who aim to incorporate future innovations or technologies to meet the needs of modern workers with diverse working styles. EnTer has allocated Co-working Space in collaboration with the global brand IWG, which operates over 3,500 flexible workspaces worldwide and more than 30 in Thailand. In addition to office space, EnTer also offers rental space for retail businesses to meet the new lifestyle that seeks a balance between life and work, as well as overall well-being. Currently, over 30% of the space is occupied by tenants such as Innovix (Asia) Co., Ltd., Wisup Co., Ltd., PTT Digital Solutions Co., Ltd., and PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP). It is expected that by the end of 2023, occupancy will exceed 50%,” said Mr. Sirisak.
EnCo Terminal is situated on over 19 rai of land with a total rental area of approximately 16,600 square meters, consisting of a 3-story Office Building A with a rooftop garden of over 3,300 square meters and an 8-story Office Building B of approximately 13,300 square meters.
