"EnCo" is raising operational standards and positioning itself as a leader in the real estate development and management sector by partnering with AI and Robotics Ventures Co., Ltd., or "ARV, a subsidiary of PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP), which specializes in robotics and artificial intelligence (AI) technology. This collaboration aims to integrate various AI innovations and technologies from ARV to enhance operational efficiency and achieve the company's vision of providing excellent services for sustainable business growth.

stated that currently, EnCo is a comprehensive real estate development and management company, operating in three main business groups: 1. Property Management, 2. Facility Management, and 3. Property Development. Additionally, EnCo operates a hotel under the brand THE EnCony Residential Hotel, located in the Wang Chan Valley project (EECi) in Wang Chan District, Rayong Province.

This collaboration arises from EnCo's commitment to modernizing standards in real estate development and management to meet the evolving lifestyle and office space needs of clients. EnCo recognizes the potential of ARV, which specializes in innovation, software, and AI technology, to enhance the efficiency of managing the Energy Complex. Initially, this will involve implementing smart CCTV systems, license plate recognition, object detection systems, speed detection, and ground robots for patrolling within the building, as well as using AI technology to analyze traffic within the center to assess carbon footprint.

Dr. Thana Sarawetpan, General Manager of AI and Robotics Ventures Co., Ltd., stated that ARV has formed this partnership to integrate AI and robotics technology to support property management activities overseen by EnCo, aiming to enhance efficiency and capabilities in management while reducing reliance on human labor through the use of innovative AI technology and automation.

The purpose of this memorandum of understanding is related to the consideration and testing of AI technology in three areas:

  1. Integration of CCTV with AI (AI-CCTV) which combines AI with CCTV and leverages machine learning (ML) to create an integrated system that supports monitoring and security of properties, buildings, and vehicles, thereby enhancing security.
  2. Carbon Footprint Estimation using AI-integrated CCTV and machine learning to assist in assessing direct greenhouse gas emissions or carbon dioxide related to the volume and duration of vehicles operating within EnCo's premises.
  3. Ground Robotic Surveillance which integrates robotics, AI, and platforms to support security surveillance in areas managed by EnCo, capable of detecting suspicious objects and individuals and alerting relevant personnel immediately upon detection.
