Univenture Public Company Limited or UV has announced its financial results for the 9-month period (October 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023), reporting a net profit attributable to the company of 500 million baht, with total revenue reaching 13,197 million baht, an increase of over 27%.

Mr. Kampon Poonsonnee, the Chief Executive Officer of Univenture Public Company Limited or UV, stated that the total revenue for the 9-month period (October 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023) was 13,197 million baht. This includes revenue from investments in the energy sector amounting to 7,893 million baht, accounting for 60% of total revenue; revenue from investments in commercial refrigeration amounting to 579 million baht, or 4% of total revenue; revenue from consulting and construction management investments amounting to 687 million baht, or 5% of total revenue; revenue from real estate development investments amounting to 1,806 million baht, or 14% of total revenue; and revenue from industrial and other investments amounting to 2,232 million baht, or 17% of total revenue, which includes a profit from the fair value measurement of joint ventures of 642 million baht.

“After restructuring the business operations to focus on investments in the energy, industrial, and real estate sectors, the company has achieved a more balanced revenue recognition. We will continue to implement our investment restructuring strategy to ensure sustainable growth,” Mr. Kampon added.
