SC Asset Continues to Strengthen, Achieving Revenue of 10.136 Billion Baht and Net Profit of 1.128 Billion Baht in the First Half of the Year, with Plans to Launch 15 New Projects Worth Over 23 Billion Baht in the Second Half
Mr. Atthapol Surasithipanthawat, Chief Support Officer of SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited (SC), a leading Living Solutions Provider, revealed that the factors contributing to the successful performance in the first half of 2023 are as follows:

1. The Launch of New Projects, Both Horizontal and Vertical, continues to receive positive feedback from customers. Recently, SC launched two new brands: 95E1 (Ninety-Five East One), an Ultra Luxury Residence project valued at 100 million baht located along the Ekamai-Ramintra expressway with only 10 units, and COBE (Cobe) Ratchada-Rama 9, a condominium in the heart of the business district near the Cultural Center subway station, starting at 2.39 million baht.
2. SC Partners with Major Japanese Firm “Tokyo Tatemono”, a leading real estate company in Japan with a strong financial status and a work culture that aligns perfectly with SC. Their first joint venture project is Reference Sathorn-Wongwian Yai, valued at 4 billion baht, with plans for future collaborations.

In the first half of 2023, the company reported operational revenue of 10.136 billion baht, a 12% growth (YoY), with 95% from sales and 5% from rental and services, resulting in a net profit of 1.128 billion baht, a 16% increase (YoY). The main revenue from sales was 9.621 billion baht, growing by 12%, with 7.597 billion baht from horizontal projects and 2.024 billion baht from vertical projects, which saw a remarkable growth of 111% (YoY). This was primarily due to the transfer of two Super Luxury projects: 28Chidlom and SCOPE Langsuan, with a total backlog of 13.009 billion baht as of June 30, 2023. The company's board has approved an interim dividend for 2023 at a rate of 0.08 baht per share, payable on September 6, 2023.
For the second half of the year, the company is set to launch 15 new projects worth a total of 23 billion baht, comprising 13 horizontal projects valued at 19 billion baht under SC's leading home brands such as Grand Bangkok Boulevard, Bangkok Boulevard, The Gentry, Venue ID, and V Compound, and 2 vertical projects worth 4 billion baht under the COBE and SCOPE brands. Additionally, the company is actively seeking land in all potential locations throughout Bangkok for future project development to meet the diverse needs of its customer base.

Mr. Atthapol concluded that, “In 2023, SC has a total of 74 projects for sale, with a total project value exceeding 81 billion baht, comprising 70% horizontal and 30% vertical projects. With our commitment to prepare in all aspects to cope with economic and political fluctuations, we remain confident in achieving our set goals.”
