Supalai Public Company Limited <\/span>has won the "Energy Conservation Building Label 2022" award at the Excellent level <\/span><\/strong>in the condominium category from the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency, Ministry of Energy <\/span>(BEC Awards 2022). This recognition was achieved by meeting the Building Energy Code (BEC) standards designed for energy conservation from two condominium projects: Supalai City Resort Sukhumvit 107 Building 3, which achieved a 52.78% energy savings, and Supalai Lite Thapra-Wongwian Yai, which achieved a 56.43% energy savings. This was made possible through the selection of construction materials that aid in energy conservation, the implementation of a Green Roof design, and the use of high-efficiency electrical equipment.

Since 2018, Supalai Public Company Limited has continuously submitted condominium designs for evaluation and has received the Energy Conservation Building Label from the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE) for over 10 projects.
