AP Thailand has announced its performance for the first half of 2023, showing growth across all segments.
◾ Total revenue for the first half reached 23.856 billion baht.
◾ Net profit stood at 3.023 billion baht.
This growth is attributed to the steady performance of low-rise products, along with a recovery in revenue from the condominium segment.
◾ The single-family home brands THE CITY and CENTRO contributed significantly to revenue.
◾ Condominiums are gradually recognizing revenue from the transfer of the new building, RHYTHM Charoenkrung Pavilion.
◾ In the second half of the year, AP plans to launch 40 new projects with a total value of approximately 55.94 billion baht.
◾ As of July 31, total sales exceeded 46.8 billion baht.
◾ For the entire year of 2023, the goal is to launch 58 new projects valued at around 77 billion baht, with more than 179 projects ready for sale in both Bangkok and other provinces, totaling over 143.4 billion baht in value.
