De-Land Property Company, the operator of Porto Chino, a community mall located in a prime area on Rama 2 Road, has brought in the legendary restaurant 'Sam Sen Villa', known for its iconic frozen beer, which has been a staple in Thailand for over 45 years and has received Michelin recognition. This new branch at Porto Chino aims to cater to the target audience in Samut Sakhon and travelers, serving as a dining spot for families, professionals, and businesspeople to gather, effectively becoming the new 'living room' of Samut Sakhon for socializing. With over 400 square meters of space, it is expected to increase local traffic and attract more visitors, aiming for a 30% increase or over 10,000 visitors per day by the end of this year. The goal is to establish Porto Chino as a comprehensive community mall for relaxation, dining, shopping, and working in the Mahachai – Samut Sakhon area, which is densely populated and a hub for over 5,000 seafood processing factories.

This new branch aims to serve as a gathering place for families, friends, and businesspeople, with a target of increasing traffic by 30% or over 10,000 visitors per day by the end of this year.

Mr. Suthep further stated that Porto Chino is committed to developing the center by creating a mix of shops that meet the needs of visitors, providing a complete experience for relaxation, dining, shopping, and working. It aims to be a community mall that serves as a central space for work, leisure, or joint activities, standing out in the Mahachai – Samut Sakhon area, which is a prime location with a large and dense residential community and a significant seafood processing industrial zone with over 5,000 factories.

Mr. Suvitath Surasingthong, Chairman of Sam Sen Villa Co., Ltd., stated that 'Sam Sen Villa' has a long-standing legacy of over 45 years and has opened three branches, with the Porto Chino branch being the fourth. Porto Chino serves as a central hub for the local community, which is densely populated and a business area, as well as a stopover point for travelers. The restaurant's decor is warm and inviting, accommodating up to 120 guests, with private rooms available for 6 to 40 people, suitable for gatherings, meetings, and seminars to host important guests.
