Mr. Wongsakorn Prasithwiphat, Managing Director of Property Perfect Public Company Limited, revealed interesting changes in the lifestyle of high-end housing project customers. The majority of customers are still high-level executives, business owners, and expats, with an additional influx of successful young entrepreneurs. Previously, this customer group preferred projects in urban locations or near workplaces, but now there is a trend towards choosing residences near renowned international schools as a top priority, considering convenience and safety for sending their children to school, saving travel time to allow for more time for learning and activities.

Recently, the Singapore International School Bangkok (SISB), which purchased land on Thai Chamber of Commerce Road from the company, has opened the 'SISB Nonthaburi International School.' The launch of this new school has generated excitement for high-end single-family home projects such as Lake Legend Chaeng Watthana and Perfect Masterpiece Chaeng Watthana, which are located in front of the international school.”

The company also has luxury single-family home projects that cater to customers wanting to live near leading international schools, including Perfect Masterpiece Rama 9-Krungthep Kreetha, a location that is home to several prestigious international schools such as Wellington College and Brighton College. Perfect Masterpiece Ramkhamhaeng is adjacent to Ruamrudee International School (RIS), an established international school that has been operating for 66 years.
