“Prebuilt Development” is pleased to announce that the Pimnara Srinakarin project has achieved sales of 60% of the total project, expecting to reach the sales target by the end of this year. Meanwhile, the “Pimnara Thammasat Rangsit” project, featuring 2-story single houses and the “Pre Village Thammasat Rangsit” project with 2-story townhomes in a prime location in Rangsit-Klong Luang, adjacent to the Chiang Rak Expressway and near Thammasat University Rangsit, has received excellent feedback from customers due to its outstanding location. Recently, in the second half of 2023, Prebuilt is set to launch another 2 single house projects, “Pimnara Salaya” and “Phannana Taveewattana.” We are confident that by the end of this year, we will achieve our sales target of 1,300 million baht.

Mr. Wiroj Jaroentra, CEO of Prebuilt Public Company Limited (PREB), revealed the progress of the company’s ongoing projects, stating that for the “Pimnara Srinakarin-Bangna” project, which features a Minimal Japandi concept with both house design and functionality inspired by Japanese style, has a project value of over 700 million baht. Officially launched in January 2022, it has received positive feedback from customers, with current sales exceeding 60%. A new phase near the park has been opened, and it continues to receive good responses, with the company expecting to close sales by the end of this year.

Meanwhile, the Pimnara Thammasat Rangsit project features 2-story single houses with 117 units and a project value of 650 million baht, while the Pre Village Thammasat Rangsit project offers 2-story townhomes with 250 units and a project value of 700 million baht, both launched at the end of 2022. Both projects have received satisfactory responses from target customers.

        This is due to the location of both projects being just 300 meters from the Chiang Rak Expressway, with multiple access routes via Phaholyothin Road, Klong Luang, connecting to the Kanchanaphisek Ring Road, and proximity to various important locations and amenities, including educational institutions such as Thammasat University Rangsit, Bangkok University, and Talad Thai, effectively meeting the convenience needs of residents. This is evident from the positive feedback from customers who visited the projects and appreciated the concepts of both developments.

            Mr. Wiroj further stated that in the second half of 2023, the company will launch another 2 projects with a total value of 1,500 million baht, building on the success of the single house projects “Phannana Phutthamonthon Sai 3” and “Pimnara Srinakarin-Bangna.” These include the “Pimnara Salaya” single house project valued at 550 million baht, which will be available for sale in Q3 of this year, featuring only 77 units priced between 5.5 -7 million baht, located near important places and amenities such as Mahidol University, with easy access via Borommaratchachonnani Road and Kanchanaphisek Road, connecting to the Si Rat Expressway.

Another project is the “Phannana Taveewattana” project, valued at 950 million baht, featuring single houses starting from 100 square wah, with private swimming pools and only 52 units. Each house is adjacent to the main road of the project, ensuring a spacious feel due to the width of the main road, priced between 15 -20 million baht, located near Bangkok Thonburi University, with access points to Phra Nakhon-Phutthamonthon Sai 4 Road, Borommaratchachonnani Road, Phetkasem Road, and Kanchanaphisek Road, with the Phannana Taveewattana project expected to launch in Q4 of this year.

Mr. Wiroj concluded by stating that Prebuilt plans to continue seeking land for the development of real estate projects to build customer confidence in the company, emphasizing the unique location of each project, distinctive house concepts, quality, and pricing that meet customer needs. In the future, there are plans to expand into all segments, including townhouses, single houses, duplexes, and home offices.
