Low-Interest Home Loan Type 1 with an interest rate of MRR-4.45% per year (2.45%) for the first year, averaging only 3.45% for the first three years (current MRR rate of the bank is 6.90% per year). The repayment period can be up to 40 years, covering all main purposes such as purchasing a house/condominium, construction, and refinancing. Reservations can be made during the event, with loan applications accepted from July 7 to August 15, 2023, and legal agreements to be completed by September 29, 2023.

2. Low-Interest Home Loan Type 2 during the Golden Minute for customers reserving Type 1 interest rates within the specified period can enter to win a special interest rate for the first two years at MRR-4.15% per year (2.75%), averaging only 3.12% for the first three years. Reservations can be made via the Mobile Application: GHB ALL GEN on Sunday, July 9, 2023, from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM. First-come, first-served until the quota is filled.

3. GHB Savings Lottery offers good returns with high chances of winning, led by the Phimanmas Plus Phase 2 set at 50,000 THB per unit, with a 2-year term and a return of 1.25% per year, along with a chance to win the first prize of 3 million THB. The Starry Flake Plus set at 5,000 THB per unit, also with a 2-year term, offers a return of 0.65% per year and a chance to win the first prize of 1 million THB.
