The Spheres project represents the first phase of development, utilizing 18 rai of the total 30 rai owned by the company, located along Petchkasem Road near Soi Petchkasem 124-126, inbound to Bangkok. It will feature a modern retail space of 11,000 square meters, accommodating up to 150 shops to meet the lifestyle needs of residents and workers within a 10-kilometer radius of the project. Additionally, it will provide parking for over 550 cars and motorcycles. The investment value for The Spheres is estimated at over a billion baht, including land valued at over 540 million baht, construction costs of at least 300 million baht, and other expenses such as landscaping, interior design, and public utility systems, totaling over 100 million baht.

Ms. Anarin Chonsai Phan, Manager of Phumiphat Management Co., Ltd., the developer of The Spheres, stated, "Currently, the company is accelerating construction, which is 30% complete and expected to be finished by the end of 2023. This will allow us to hand over the space to tenant shops for decoration in early next year. The company anticipates that The Spheres will be fully operational for residents and travelers on Petchkasem Road, connecting three provinces: Bangkok, Nakhon Pathom, and Samut Sakhon, as well as some residents from Nonthaburi, by mid-2024."
