SC Asset Expands into Bangkapi, Launches 3 New Luxury Home Projects
SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, a leading Living Solutions Provider and long-time developer of luxury homes, is set to launch 3 new series of luxury home projects: Grand Bangkok Boulevard Rama 9 - Bangkapi, Grand Bangkok Boulevard Bangkapi, and a brand new project never before seen in this area, The Gentricaltivar Rama 9.

Mr. Mongkut Techolarn, Head of the Horizontal Property Development Executive Team at SC Asset Corporation, stated, "In the second quarter, SC will gradually open 3 new series of homes designed for the modern generation, featuring contemporary designs, increased usable space, enhanced building volume, and facades that add dimension to the homes. These homes are equipped with technology that understands the needs of residents, developed in a high-potential area like Bangkapi, which is a prime location for luxury homes. This area is rich in stories and rapid development, complete with amenities such as schools, universities, hospitals, and various lifestyle venues. Additionally, the new 'Bangkok-Krit Road' connects with multiple routes, making it a vital link for transportation in this eastern part of Bangkok, allowing for convenient access in and out of the city."

The 3 new projects have a total value of 4.5 billion baht, including:
Grand Bangkok Boulevard Rama 9 - Bangkapi is a luxury home inspired by cathedral architecture in Italy, with sizes ranging from 593-776 square meters, priced from 30-45 million baht.
Grand Bangkok Boulevard Bangkapi is a luxury home inspired by UNESCO World Heritage palaces in Germany, with sizes ranging from 447-604 square meters, starting at 45-80 million baht.
The Gentricaltivar Rama 9 is a 3-story luxury home that harmonizes nature with living through a uniquely designed style, with sizes ranging from 362-550 square meters, starting at 28-60 million baht.

Mr. Mongkut added, "Furthermore, from 2012 to 2023, the prices of SC Asset homes in Bangkapi have surged by 170%, reflecting the increase in land prices in the area. The average land price since 2012 was around 58,000 baht per square wah, and as of 2023, it has risen to approximately 140,000 baht per square wah, an increase of 150%. This indicates that the prices of homes under SC Asset in Bangkapi have risen in line with land prices, which continue to show growth potential due to the area's status as a prime location."
