Ornsirin collaborates with Health Home Care Chiang Mai, Nursing Home Care, Tranquila Rehabilitation Center, and Health Home Care Company to launch the Ornsirin Health Hub project, enhancing health care for residents. This initiative will pilot 6 projects, offering special health consultation services for the elderly through specialized nurses and physiotherapists, aiming to improve quality of life and transition smoothly into a perfect aging society, providing peace of mind for families and residents in all projects.

Mr. Pridikorn Buranupakorn, CEO of Ornsirin Holding Co., Ltd., a leader in property development for horizontal and vertical projects in prime locations in Chiang Mai, revealed that as Thailand enters the aging society era, coupled with the COVID-19 pandemic changing lifestyles globally, there is a growing interest in health care among the public, resulting in increased demand for housing that meets the needs for a better quality of life.

The company is therefore accelerating efforts to enhance health care for residents in all Ornsirin projects with the Ornsirin Health Hub project, providing special elderly care services to transition into a perfect aging society, ensuring peace of mind for all family members. This initiative is in collaboration with the Chiang Mai Nursing Home Care, Tranquila Rehabilitation Center, and Health Home Care, which provides home and hospital patient care services.

The services will start with establishing a health care system and consultations from professional nurses, home visits to check vital signs, medication management for the elderly and patients, health assessments by specialists for seniors, emergency assistance teams, and daily health reports to families for information when visiting doctors. The pilot program will commence in May 2023 in 6 projects: Habitat Ring Road-Sankamphaeng, Believe Ring Road-Sankamphaeng, Ornsirin 6, Ornsirin 6 Townhomes, Believe San Sai-Mae Jo, and Ornsirin 11, with plans to expand services to all Ornsirin projects by 2024.
