Land and Houses Receives ISO 14064-1:2018 Certification
Mr. Wit Tantivorawong (right), Managing Director of Land and Houses Public Company Limited received the ISO 14064-1:2018 certification, an international standard for the verification of greenhouse gas emissions measurement and reporting at the organizational level, from Mr. Pawal Thong Thongyai Na Ayutthaya (left), Certification Manager at Bureau Veritas Certification (Thailand). In 2022, Land and Houses began to compile and disclose information on greenhouse gas emissions related to its business operations for the first time, aiming to establish management guidelines in line with climate change policies. This greenhouse gas emissions data has been verified and received the ISO 14064-1:2018 certification.
The ISO 14064-1:2018 certification is an international standard for the verification of greenhouse gas emissions measurement and reporting at the organizational level, covering requirements for the design, development, management, reporting, and verification of emissions and greenhouse gas reduction accounts. Bureau Veritas Certification (Thailand), a global group providing assessment and certification services in quality, occupational health and safety, environmental management, and social responsibility, is the certifying body, recognized internationally.
